Are your lifting products certified for safety?
Yes, all products supplied by UK Lifting Store are fully compliant with UK and EU safety regulations. Each relevant item comes with a Report of a Thorough Examination or a Declaration of Conformity to ensure it is safe for use.
What are your standard shipping times?
We offer several shipping methods, including next-day delivery for stocked items ordered before our daily cutoff. Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 working days across the UK mainland.
Can I return an item if it is not suitable for my project?
We accept returns on standard items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made items, such as specific lengths of wire rope or chain, may be non-returnable.
Do you provide bulk discounts for large industrial orders?
Absolutely. We cater to both individual users and large-scale industrial projects. For bulk inquiries or trade accounts, please contact our sales team directly for a bespoke quotation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal. For established trade customers, we also offer the option to pay via pro-forma invoice or account credit terms.
How often should my lifting equipment be inspected?
In accordance with LOLER regulations, lifting equipment should generally be inspected every 6 to 12 months depending on the type of equipment and its application. We recommend consulting a qualified person to establish a strict inspection schedule.
