At UK Lifting Store, we aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your equipment; however, if you need to return an item, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please ensure all safety certifications and manuals are included with your return to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the lifting gear in its original shipping container, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Goods

  Send the package via a tracked courier service to our central warehouse address provided in your return authorization email.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
